Domaine Pilon is a young and compelling northern Rhône estate producing wines across Cornas, Saint-Joseph, Côte-Rôtie and Saint-Péray. Minimal intervention, whole-cluster fermentation and organic farming yield wines of transparency, freshness and genuine, place-rooted character.

Bruit des Vagues is one of Domaine Pilon's Collines Rhodaniennes bottlings, made with minimal intervention and whole-cluster fermentation. The 2024 should show fresh, transparent northern Rhône character, farmed organically with genuine, place-rooted focus.
