Saint Pourcain Blanc L'instant T Domaine Les Terres d'Ocre 2024

In the Allier, at the northern edge of Auvergne, siblings Éric and Valérie Nesson and their nephew Florent Barichard left the local cooperative in 2013 to bottle their own Saint-Pourçain. Organic and hand-harvested, their wines champion the rare Tressallier grape alongside Gamay and Pinot Noir.

L'Instant T is a Saint-Pourçain white blending Chardonnay with the rare local Tressallier grape, grown on sandy and granitic soils at Châtel-de-Neuvre. The 2024 should show tonic freshness and lively acidity, organically farmed and fermented with native yeasts.
