On the Côte Chalonnaise, Stéphane and Sandrine Briday farm fifteen hectares around Rully, Mercurey and Bouzeron with a style built on limestone-driven freshness and restrained oak. A quietly excellent family estate in an often-overlooked corner of Burgundy.

La Pucelle is one of the domaine's white Rully Premier Crus, grown on limestone soils giving Côte Chalonnaise whites their combination of freshness and minerality. The 2022 Chardonnay should show peach, citrus and floral notes with roundness reminiscent of Puligny-Montrachet.
