Pouilly Fume Eden Domaine de la Croisee 2022

Nolwenn and Matthieu left careers in publishing and finance to revive a small, neglected Pouilly-Fumé estate in 2019. Farming organically at the crossroads of the appellation's varied soils, their Sauvignon Blanc carries flint, citrus and youthful ambition.

Eden likely comes from the estate's Kimmeridgian marl and clay-limestone parcels. The 2022 Sauvignon should show citrus and white-flower aromatics with a flinty, mineral edge — precise, organically farmed Pouilly-Fumé from a promising young estate.
