Near the Lac de Grand-Lieu southwest of Nantes, on a terroir documented since 1180, Domaine Les Hautes Noëlles has farmed organically since long before its 2020 renewal under Juliane and Jean-Gabriel Tridon. Muscadet here carries Atlantic freshness and saline lift.

Zéphyr likely takes its name from the gentle Atlantic breezes reaching this vineyard near the Lac de Grand-Lieu. Now a few years old, the 2020 should show developed citrus and orchard-fruit character with a saline, mineral edge.
