Near the Lac de Grand-Lieu southwest of Nantes, on a terroir documented since 1180, Domaine Les Hautes Noëlles has farmed organically since long before its 2020 renewal under Juliane and Jean-Gabriel Tridon. Muscadet here carries Atlantic freshness and saline lift.

Les Parcelles is a lightly sparkling, fresh style of Melon de Bourgogne from vineyards near the Lac de Grand-Lieu. The 2023 should show floral, citrus and white-peach notes with the appellation's characteristic saline lift.
