On the Pomport plateau above the Gardonette's essential morning mists, Château Les Hauts de Caillevel has passed to Pierre-Étienne and Charlotte Serey, who deepen its organic and biodynamic commitment. Ten grape varieties give Bergerac and Monbazillac real range and character.

Les Brumes takes its name from the morning mists essential to botrytis development. The 2023, likely Sémillon-dominant and hand-harvested grape by grape, should show honeyed, exotic fruit richness balanced by the karstic soils' natural freshness.
