Domaine Pilon is a young and compelling northern Rhône estate producing wines across Cornas, Saint-Joseph, Côte-Rôtie and Saint-Péray. Minimal intervention, whole-cluster fermentation and organic farming yield wines of transparency, freshness and genuine, place-rooted character.

Prisme is Domaine Pilon's white Hermitage, a rare and serious bottling from this young northern Rhône estate. The 2024, likely Marsanne and Roussanne, should show real depth and mineral precision, reflecting Pilon's organic, low-intervention winemaking.
