In Vacquiers, the Penavayre family has farmed since the 1870s, leaving their cooperative in 1977 to bottle their own Fronton. Organic and biodynamic since the 2000s, Marc and Thibaut champion Négrette and rare local grapes like Bouysselet with real conviction.

Tot Co Que Cal is one of Château Plaisance Penavayre's Fronton cuvées, likely showcasing the estate's rare local grapes such as Bouysselet alongside Négrette. The 2024 should show authentic, terroir-driven character from this four-generation family estate.
