Jacques Guérin planted his first thousand vines near La Palme in 1979, giving Domaine Les Mille Vignes its name; daughter Valérie now tends its thirteen Burgundian-style plots across Fitou and Rivesaltes. Concentrated, precise and deeply personal southern wines.

Cadette is one of Domaine Les Mille Vignes' thirteen Burgundian-style single-parcel Fitou bottlings. The 2021 should show concentrated, precise fruit from old-vine Grenache and Carignan, farmed with extremely low yields and no added potash or nitrogen — a personal, artisanal Fitou.
