Straddling the granite hills of Brouilly, Régnié and Fleurie, Domaine Bonnet Cotton tends Gamay vines of remarkable character. A Beaujolais estate defined by its terroir diversity, crafting wines that range from joyful and floral to structured and mineral.

Les Grillés comes from the Cotton family's home terroir on the volcanic 'corne verte' soils of Odenas. The 2023, 100% Gamay by whole-cluster carbonic maceration, should show vivid red fruit, floral lift and the structured minerality typical of Côte de Brouilly's volcanic ground.
