A family estate of long lineage in the heart of Chablis, Domaine Duplessis translates the unique chalk and clay of Kimmeridgian soils into wines of classic austere elegance. Pure, focused and honest — the embodiment of this singular northern Burgundy appellation.

Fourchaume, on very stony, south-facing soils, is one of Lilian Duplessis's favourite Premier Cru sites. The 2023 should show reserved, deep character in youth, with citrus and flint likely to unfold further complexity over years in bottle.
