In Meursault, Jean-Philippe Fichet rebuilt an estate almost from scratch after losing his leased vines in 1991. Farming organically with meticulous, low-yield precision, his Chardonnays across Meursault, Auxey-Duresses and Monthélie rival Burgundy's most celebrated names.

This white Auxey-Duresses offers excellent value into Fichet's precise, mineral-driven style. The 2023 should show citrus and orchard-fruit freshness with real tension, aged eleven months minimum in barrel.
