Jean-François Ganevat is a legend of the Jura — a vigneron philosopher who farms a mosaic of tiny plots with obsessive care. His Côtes du Jura wines, from Chardonnay to Poulsard and Savagnin, are among the world's most sought-after natural wines, shaped by oxidative tradition and uncompromising vision

This "Le Clos" cuvée from Anne and Jean-François Ganevat is made from Savagnin grown on grey marl and limestone scree soils, and is vinified with protection from air contact (meaning it is topped up) for three years. On the nose, the Clos Savagnin reveals notes of white flowers and sweet spices, gently transitioning to a palate that is richer yet fresh, with almond and honey dominating. The finish is luscious.
