In fortified Eguisheim, Domaine Emile Beyer has farmed limestone slopes since 1580 — fourteen generations of Alsatian winegrowing. Organic since 2014, the estate crafts aromatic whites and sparkling wines of clarity and precision, rooted in centuries of accumulated knowledge.

Les Prémices Riesling borders the domaine's celebrated Grand Crus, offering an accessible entry into Beyer's dry, mineral house style. The 2025 should show citrus and green apple with limestone-derived tension — precise and built for early drinking.
