Domaine Les Vignes Oubliées is devoted to rediscovering the ancient forgotten grape varieties of the Languedoc — Cinsault, Grenache, Carignan — grown in old bush-vine plots abandoned by the modern wine industry. Their wines are a love letter to biodiversity, terroir and a vanishing heritage.
This Terrasses du Larzac Blanc draws from forgotten white grape varieties on high-altitude limestone — Grenache Blanc, Clairette and indigenous varieties rescued from abandonment. The 2023 shows white flowers, citrus, herbal freshness and a vibrant mineral acidity from the cool plateau terroir.
