Pacherenc du Vic Bilh Doux Solis Chateau du Pouey 2025

Built on a ridge above Viella, Château du Pouey has passed through four generations, with Bastien Lannusse taking the reins in 2012 at just twenty-five. Farming three distinct terroirs across Madiran and Pacherenc, he broke from the cooperative to craft fruity, silky-tannined wines with real personality.

This sweet Pacherenc Solis blends Gros and Petit Manseng from clay-silt slopes below the château. The 2025 should show intense citrus, passion fruit and exotic aromatics with a gourmand, fruity sweetness — a generous dessert white from one of Madiran's most talented young growers.
