In Nuits-Saint-Georges since 1887, Claire Chevillon and Philippe Chezeaux farm nearly eight hectares across fifteen appellations with careful, traditional hands. Their reds carry the appellation's characteristic power, tempered by real Burgundian elegance and finesse.

Aux Saint-Julien is a village Nuits-Saint-Georges lieu-dit on clay-limestone soils. The 2023 should show dark red fruit and a firm tannic frame typical of Nuits at its most classically built, softened by the family's careful, traditional winemaking.
