In Nuits-Saint-Georges since 1887, Claire Chevillon and Philippe Chezeaux farm nearly eight hectares across fifteen appellations with careful, traditional hands. Their reds carry the appellation's characteristic power, tempered by real Burgundian elegance and finesse.

Les Crots is one of Chevillon-Chezeaux's Premier Cru holdings, part of a nearly eight-hectare estate tracing back to 1887. The 2023 should show the structured power for which Nuits-Saint-Georges is known, with dark cherry, spice and a firm tannic backbone built for the cellar.
