Domaine Henry Pellé is the defining name of Menetou-Salon — an estate that has done more than any other to reveal the region's potential. Their Sauvignon Blancs and Pinot Noirs carry freshness, mineral precision and a sense of place that rivals the Loire's most celebrated appellations.

Les Bornes is one of Domaine Henry Pellé's benchmark Menetou-Salon bottlings, grown on Kimmeridgian limestone similar to neighbouring Sancerre. The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc should show real freshness, mineral precision and a distinct sense of place.
