Jurancon Sec Delice de Thou Clos Thou 2023

Above Jurançon, on the wild hillsides of La Chapelle de Rousse, the Lapouble-Laplace family has farmed the Clos Thou for four generations. Organic and rooted in pudding-stone soils, their Manseng wines carry Jurançon's late-harvest concentration and mountain tension.

Délice de Thou is a dry Jurançon of Petit and Gros Manseng from pudding-stone soils. The 2023 should show citrus and white-flower aromatics with racy, saline tension — a versatile, organically farmed white for fish, poultry or Ossau-Iraty cheese.
