Jurancon Doux Cuvee Julie Clos Thou 2024

Above Jurançon, on the wild hillsides of La Chapelle de Rousse, the Lapouble-Laplace family has farmed the Clos Thou for four generations. Organic and rooted in pudding-stone soils, their Manseng wines carry Jurançon's late-harvest concentration and mountain tension.

Cuvée Julie, named for the family's daughter now working the domaine, is an accessible sweet Jurançon. The 2024 should show apricot and exotic fruit with gentle, well-balanced sweetness from hand-harvested, passerillage-concentrated Manseng.
