IGP Pays d'Oc Sauvignon Blanc L'Instant Famille Fabre 2025

The Fabre family has long shaped the rugged identity of Corbières, from historic Château Fabre-Gasparets in Boutenac to Château de Luc. Committed to the sun-baked limestone and schist of this wild Languedoc appellation, they produce wines of bold character and Mediterranean soul.

L'Instant is a varietal Sauvignon Blanc from the Fabre family's Languedoc holdings outside their stricter appellation boundaries. The 2025 should show citrus and green-fruit freshness, vinified for immediate, easy drinking.
