The Fabre family has long shaped the rugged identity of Corbières, from historic Château Fabre-Gasparets in Boutenac to Château de Luc. Committed to the sun-baked limestone and schist of this wild Languedoc appellation, they produce wines of bold character and Mediterranean soul.

La Roche Trouée is an unusual IGP bottling of Pinot Noir grown in the warm Languedoc. The 2025 should show bright red-fruit character with the lighter, more elegant structure of this grape grown in a Mediterranean climate.
