Cremant d'Alsace Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut Domaine Beyer 2022

In fortified Eguisheim, Domaine Emile Beyer has farmed limestone slopes since 1580 — fourteen generations of Alsatian winegrowing. Organic since 2014, the estate crafts aromatic whites and sparkling wines of clarity and precision, rooted in centuries of accumulated knowledge.

This Blanc de Blancs Crémant, likely Pinot Blanc, Pint Auxerrois and Chardonnay from Eguisheim's limestone soils, is disgorged as an Extra Brut with minimal dosage. The 2022 should show fine, persistent bubbles and crisp orchard-fruit character with citrus lift — precise sparkling wine from centuries of Alsatian expertise.
