Champagne Extra Brut Bulles de Blancs Domaine Brocard 2018

In the chalk hills of the Côte des Bar, Domaine Brocard crafts Champagnes of rare precision and identity. Farming with respect for the Kimmeridgian terroir, they translate limestone and the rhythm of seasons into wines of genuine elegance and authentic grower character.

Bulles de Blancs is a pure Blanc de Blancs from Celles-sur-Ource's Kimmeridgian and Portlandian limestone soils. The 2018 base, disgorged as an Extra Brut, should show fine bubbles with citrus, white flower and a saline, chalky finish — a terroir-transparent Aube Chardonnay.
