In the quiet village of Chichée, the Picq family has farmed Chablis for generations, ageing every wine exclusively in stainless steel to preserve pure, chalky minerality. Their village and Premier Cru bottlings are benchmarks of classic, understated Chablis style.

Dessus la Carrière is one of Domaine Gilbert Picq's parcel-specific Chablis, aged exclusively in stainless steel to preserve minerality. Now a few years old, the 2021 should show developed citrus and chalky, oyster-shell character typical of this Chichée estate.
