In the quiet village of Chichée, the Picq family has farmed Chablis for generations, ageing every wine exclusively in stainless steel to preserve pure, chalky minerality. Their village and Premier Cru bottlings are benchmarks of classic, understated Chablis style.

Vosgros, on a forty-five-degree slope tended entirely by hand, is Domaine Picq's most powerful and long-lived Premier Cru. The 2023 should show youthful austerity built to unfold into a racy, complex, minerally Chablis with years of cellaring.
