In Nuits-Saint-Georges since 1887, Claire Chevillon and Philippe Chezeaux farm nearly eight hectares across fifteen appellations with careful, traditional hands. Their reds carry the appellation's characteristic power, tempered by real Burgundian elegance and finesse.

Les Maladières is a regional Bourgogne Rouge offering an accessible introduction to Chevillon-Chezeaux's Nuits-Saint-Georges-centred range. The 2023 should show bright cherry and cassis with a soft, approachable structure — the family's careful, traditional winemaking at a friendly price.
