In fortified Eguisheim, Domaine Emile Beyer has farmed limestone slopes since 1580 — fourteen generations of Alsatian winegrowing. Organic since 2014, the estate crafts aromatic whites and sparkling wines of clarity and precision, rooted in centuries of accumulated knowledge.

Les Prémices sits alongside the estate's Grand Cru holdings of Eichberg and Pfersigberg. The 2024 Gewurztraminer should show lychee, rose and spice aromatics with a rounder, off-dry palate — an accessible, organically farmed introduction to Alsace's most expressive grape.
