Domaine Les Vignes Saint Vincent

Domaine Les Vignes Saint Vincent is a three-generation family estate located in Monnières, at the heart of Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine between the Sèvre and Maine rivers. Today, 25 hectares of vines are cultivated on gneiss and gabbro soils, offering an ideal terroir for Melon de Bourgogne. The estate began its organic transition in 2008 and achieved Ecocert certification in 2013, reflecting its commitment to environmental respect and traditional know-how.

Harvesting has been fully manual since 2021, preserving the integrity of the fruit. Fermentations start naturally with indigenous yeasts, followed by long aging on lees for 9 to 30 months, depending on the cuvée, to bring texture, complexity and depth. The domaine produces several Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine cuvées, including Monnières-Saint-Fiacre Cru, expressive of its terroir with pure minerality and freshness.
