In 2005, Sylvain Loichet embarked on a transformative journey by taking over an estate nestled in the heart of Burgundy, driven by a vision to cultivate the vineyard through organic farming practices. This commitment reflects a deep respect for the terroir, the ecosystem, and the consumer.

Today, the estate spans over 8 hectares of vines, strategically located across the prestigious regions of the Côte de Beaune and the Côte de Nuits. The vineyards are situated in the esteemed villages of Chorey-lès-Beaune, Pernand-Vergelesses, Aloxe-Corton, Ladoix, Comblanchien, Nuits-Saint-Georges, and Vougeot, each contributing to the rich tapestry of Burgundy's winemaking heritage.

The domaine is known for its purity and finesse, focusing on elegance and balance rather than sheer power. The wines are aged in French oak barrels, adding subtle complexity and structure without overwhelming the fruit.
