Domaine Coursodon
For generations, the Coursodon family has crafted benchmark Saint-Joseph wines from their historic vineyards in Mauves, one of the appellation’s original six communes. Nestled on steep granite slopes that mirror Hermitage’s legendary "Les Bessards," their estate captures the essence of Northern Rhône terroir through Syrah, Marsanne, and Roussanne.
Since the mid-19th century, the Coursodons have championed traditional winemaking, with Jérôme Coursodon now at the helm. His meticulous approach yields wines of both power and precision—from the mineral-driven "Silice" to the textured "L'Olivaie" and the opulent "Le Paradis Saint-Pierre." Each cuvée reflects its distinct granitic plot while sharing a signature elegance and depth.
Balancing intensity with finesse, Domaine Coursodon’s wines stand as vibrant testaments to Saint-Joseph’s noble heritage.
