Domaine Bonnet-Cotton

Pierre Cotton made his first cuvee called ‘100% Cotton'. Following the success of his first wine, Pierre fully took over the family domain in 2015. With his partner Marine Bonnet, they work with a common vision for the future and sustainability of vine cultivation. Today the estate covers 12 hectares in the Beaujolais, Brouilly, Côte de Brouilly, Regnie and Fleurie appellations. Since the 2020 vintage Pierre has been joined by his partner Marine Bonnet to lead the domaine and work alongside.

Pierre's yields are quite low for the Beaujolais region on average 25hl/ha. Gamay are macerated in concrete tanks and then aged in large oak foudres for 8 to 10 months. There is very low or no additions of Sulphur at bottling.
