Domaine Lucien Boillot
Led by Pierre Boillot, is a rare Burgundy estate working across both the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits. Pierre inherited old vines from his father Lucien and great-grandfather Henri, and continues to farm traditionally with low-intervention winemaking, natural yeasts, and gentle extraction to preserve purity and terroir expression.
The domaine owns excellent parcels such as Volnay Les Angles, Pommard Croix Noires, and Gevrey-Chambertin Cherbaudes and Corbeaux, all located near prestigious grand cru sites. Though discreet in reputation, the estate is highly regarded by connoisseurs for wines that are elegant, precise, and built to age.
These are classic Burgundies—fresh, finely structured and deeply rooted in place. Domaine Lucien Boillot remains a hidden gem for those seeking authenticity and time-worthy Pinot Noir.
