At Clos de la Barthassade, the winemaking process is precise, with wines crafted using 50-80% whole cluster fermentation, a technique uncommon in the Languedoc-Roussillon. The estate produces a variety of wines, including perfumed Syrah and Grenache from Combariolles and sun-drenched Cinsault and Carignan from La Barthassade.
