Champagne Pierre Brocard
Founded in 1932 by Georges Brocard, the family estate has been passed down through four generations and is now led by Thibaud Brocard. Since taking over in 2012, Thibaud has embraced a sustainable and responsible approach, inspired by organic and biodynamic principles, without formal certification. Working parcel by parcel, he focuses on single-varietal, single-vineyard cuvées with extended lees aging to enhance texture and brioche aromas. Based in the Côte des Bar, the estate benefits from Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soils that bring freshness, minerality, and structure, especially to Pinot Noir, Thibaud’s signature grape. Vinification is carried out in stainless steel to preserve purity and terroir expression, with minimal sulfur use and gentle pressing. The result is a gastronomic style of Champagne combining precision, depth, and authenticity.
